Overview
Housing Hand is a guarantor service which is fully integrated into Concurrent. It is a secure option that covers any rent arrears that occur during the tenancy period.
The tenant will need to pay the fee to Housing Hand after they ensure the tenant is either employed or enrolled at university and have a required visa.
The Housing Hand fee starts from £295 for the tenant. It is paid directly to Housing Hand after the tenant signed the tenancy agreement.
